And here it is:<br /><center><br /><iframe width="640" height="480" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=10812020245499770278,39.944565,-75.215948%3B10334450473937676107,39.947800,-75.211430%3B8275015049243798328,39.950080,-75.199560%3B10207509542078556689,39.952969,-75.198831%3B5349986613736784644,39.959108,-75.197261&amp;saddr=835+S+49th+St,+Philadelphia,+PA+19143&amp;daddr=Chester+Ave+%4039.944565,+-75.215948+to:Chester+Ave+%4039.947800,+-75.211430+to:S+38th+St%2FUS-13+%4039.950080,+-75.199560+to:S+38th+St%2FUS-13+%4039.952969,+-75.198831+to:N+38th+St%2FUS-13+%4039.959108,+-75.197261+to:39.964162,-75.174551+to:401+N+Broad+St,+Philadelphia,+PA+19123&amp;mra=dpe&amp;mrcr=0&amp;mrsp=6&amp;sz=15&amp;via=1,2,3,4,5,6&amp;sll=39.958866,-75.173306&amp;sspn=0.021908,0.040169&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;s=AARTsJogaADdd--Wd-bTRhOK_LOsRCUAFg&amp;ll=39.958833,-75.173264&amp;spn=0.063158,0.109863&amp;z=13&amp;output=embed"></iframe><br /><small><a href="http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=10812020245499770278,39.944565,-75.215948%3B10334450473937676107,39.947800,-75.211430%3B8275015049243798328,39.950080,-75.199560%3B10207509542078556689,39.952969,-75.198831%3B5349986613736784644,39.959108,-75.197261&amp;saddr=835+S+49th+St,+Philadelphia,+PA+19143&amp;daddr=Chester+Ave+%4039.944565,+-75.215948+to:Chester+Ave+%4039.947800,+-75.211430+to:S+38th+St%2FUS-13+%4039.950080,+-75.199560+to:S+38th+St%2FUS-13+%4039.952969,+-75.198831+to:N+38th+St%2FUS-13+%4039.959108,+-75.197261+to:39.964162,-75.174551+to:401+N+Broad+St,+Philadelphia,+PA+19123&amp;mra=dpe&amp;mrcr=0&amp;mrsp=6&amp;sz=15&amp;via=1,2,3,4,5,6&amp;sll=39.958866,-75.173306&amp;sspn=0.021908,0.040169&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;ll=39.958833,-75.173264&amp;spn=0.063158,0.109863&amp;z=13&amp;source=embed" style="color:#0000FF;text-align:left">View Larger Map</a></small><br /></center><br /><br /><br />It's actually quite a lovely ride, save for the portion along 38th, which is just a bit busy and bumpy. Riding down Chester/Woodland past Clark Park is wonderful way to start the morning, it's like a brief visit to the countryside on my way to downtown. When I finally do arrive at work, I have 2 safe and secure options to lock up my bike. I can either motor up into the locked parking garage (not very many employees get to park their cars there, but bikes are given free reign) or I can lock up in the camera monitored lot outside. I generally park outside, unless it's going to rain. The ride home is equally wonderful, with slight uphills here and there to give me a bit of an extra workout. I can't wait to try it out on my soon-to-be-purchased <a href="http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/motobecane/outcast29_08.htm">new bike</a>. The only question then will be, Fixed or Free?Adamhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09328762589708492242noreply@blogger.com
